Expeiences in mission
Lectures and Coaching
Anything from speaking at Cramner Hall. Speaking to emerging leaders on their path to ordination.
To being at the forefront of the missional movement with 5Q or Catalyse Change working on APEST model of biblical leadership.
We love to raise disciples!
Having done huddles (mentoring/coaching) for sometime now in different context. I've found this is a great way to stretch leaders and with the right skill sets, they have been able to go back into their own communities and implement the processes.
These are best done along side learning communities or training initiatives.
We've been able to help all kinds of denominations. From traditional church settings and transitioning models to new start ups.
Discipleship Jesus invested in
I guess most of the missional leadership and church training I've invested in, I have kept a long lasting relationship with the leaders/churches.
It been great to become friends and keep up to speed with the ongoing development.
Don't get me wrong, I like doing conferences but I think walking alongside a church/leadership team for as long as it needs is so much better.
My family and I have been greatly blessed too and we a grateful for the friends we have made and the places we have been able to visit
God has been very good to us. He has given us a vision to extend the Kingdom up and down the Yorkshire Coast with Gospel communities.
We have had some good results in transitioning Traditional churches of various denominations into Missional Churches that have raised and released disciples.
